2. General information
This website is a static site. We use no cookies, no analytics or tracking tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel), and no embedded social media plugins. Links to our profiles on other platforms are plain hyperlinks; clicking one takes you directly to that platform, and this website itself does not transmit any data to these providers.
3. Server log files
When you access this website, the web server automatically and temporarily collects data that your browser transmits in order to technically deliver the page (server log files), including:
- IP address
- date and time of the request
- the page/file requested and amount of data transferred
- browser and operating system used
- referrer URL (the page visited previously)
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and security of the website). This data is used exclusively to ensure stable operation and to prevent misuse, and is not combined with other data sources.
4. Contacting us
If you contact us by email or phone, the information you provide (e.g. name, contact details, content of your inquiry) is stored and processed solely to handle your request and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures or contract performance) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry). This website does not include its own contact form – emails are sent from your own email client and are not processed through this website.
5. Linked social media profiles
We maintain profiles on various platforms, including LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok and X. If you follow the links on this website to one of these profiles, that platform’s own privacy policy applies, and we have no influence over the scope of data processing there:
- LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy
- YouTube/Google: https://policies.google.com/privacy
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram): https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/
- TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/legal/privacy-policy
- X: https://x.com/en/privacy
The respective provider is responsible for processing personal data in connection with the use of these platforms.

Please contact us at the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, e.g. the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision, which is responsible for the Free State of Bavaria.
7. Storage period
Personal data is only stored for as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations.
